===Design Notes=== This sequence was modified from Isaacs et. al., "Engineered riboregulators enable post-transcriptional control of gene expression." Nature Biotechnology, 2004. The 5' end of the sequence was then extended and changed to basepair with the extended 5' end of J64722. Additionally, the 3' end was extended and designed to basepair with the 3' extension of J64722. Lastly, the hairpin in this construct is the reverse complement of the original hairpin sequence found in J64722.
